Rich blue highlights sparkle through this dark blue, exquisitely formed specimen of apatite. These are traditionally opaque but much darker; and I have seen others through the years, but never before had one of such sharp stereotypical form and brilliant surface luster. Really a mesmerizing miniature, and better in person. Unique!
