This is a superb specimen of Michigan celestine, out of the prominent collection of Ed David. It features around a dozen sharp crystals, some of them with their sides attached to the matrix so you see terminations at both ends. In one place, three crystals have grown in parallel, forming a beautiful compound crystal. The crystals stick out in all directions on this sculptural specimen. The crystals measure to 5 cm in length.
