Old-time azurite specimens, such as this, from Zacatecas, Mexico are difficult to obtain today. This interesting floater rosette of sharp, royal-blue azurite blades is dominated by two, intergrown, larger crystals. Classic material from this noted, historic locale. Ex. Tarnowski Collection.
