A rich covering of deep royal blue, microcrystalline kinoite on a light colored matrix that sits well for display. An especially fine, and relatively large specimen of this calcium copper silicate hydrate. A lovely example of this species from the Christmas mine from the 1970's finds. Pieces this good are very difficult to obtain currently and I would rate this as the most saturated single specimen in this size and quality that I have seen.
