This is a BIG old Brazilian beryl crystal, which was in the Perry Williams collection, and then passed to another collection in 1962 according to the accompanying card. The faces are incredibly sharp, and the crystal is overall in just wonderful condition (a bit of minor edge-wear at the termination is about all there is to mention on this whole crystal). The top 3 cm is gemmy (much gemmier in person than the pic indicates!), with a light blue-green color, and the bottom is milky and translucent. Weighs 347 grams.
