A rare style in anything aesthetic, and with balance - This is a superb combination piece from the Denton Mine. This small cab features large, lustrous, and textured Sphalerites, along with small Chalcopyrites, set across a translucent purple Fluorite. The Sphalerites reach up to 2.5 cm, and although the growth is complex, it is difficult to say if they are twinned. The Chalcopyrites clearly are twinned. While not bright and flashy, this piece has an aesthetic all its own. Mined in 1988. RCL1960
