An old-time, showy pseudomorph from the famous and now-closed Tsumeb. Light green malachite coats a botryoidal, 3-dimensional matrix that is dominated by a centrally located by a 2.7 cm long malachite pseudomorph after azurite crystal. The broken tip of the pseudo reveals the pseudomorphing azurite crystal. The matrix is very cerussite-rich and the specimen is nicely accented by a tiny, V-twin cerussite crystal and field of tiny cerussites. OLD and CLASSIC Tsumeb material from the upper oxidized zones, formerly in the Harvard and George Elling Collections.
