A cluster of very large crystals of the intensely glassy and deep purple amethyst that makes Artigas amethyst among the best in the world. The largest crystal here measures over 6 cm from one side to the other. The superbly lustrous crystals have a smoldering glow to them unlike amethyst from anywhere else. Ex.
