Stacked, pseudo-octahedrons of matte luster, translucent, ivory colored crystals, to 3 cm on a side, have formed by stalactitic growth. I have seen these before and NEVER knew they were thought to be postmining products. Apparently they crystallized in the processing vats at this mine, where the solutions were so incredibly rich in minerals. This was obtained in 1967 from a mine worker. Fascinating crystallography, in any case.
