Malachite
An OLD-TIME, CLASSIC and showy German specimen of two beautiful sprays of chatoyant, green malachite blades aesthetically set in a vuggy, box-work gossan matrix. The large spray, with the thin quartz vein over it, is 1.7 cm. This fine, old-timer dates to the 1800s and is from Betzdorf, Siegerland. Ex. George Elling Collection.
