Cornwall chalcocite, mined in the heyday of the mid to late 1800s, still sets a high standard for the species that is seldom matched. These crystals are sharp discs, to 1.3 cm in size (half-inch). Ex Ed David collection, purchased from Herb Obodda in 2001.
