A fine, 2.7 cm, dendritic aggregate of flattened sylvanite crystals set on contrasting calcite. This old-time specimen, certainly dating to the 19th Century, is from one of the historic, gold-mining districts of Romania - Offenbanya. Ex. Mullane Collection.
