This is a superb combination piece of the style that made this region famous as the world's best rose quartz locale, some 40 years ago now. The central crystal of quartz is smothered by wreaths of crystallized rose quartz, making for dramatic display. The color of the rose quartz is striking, deep pink against the quartz matrix. Old material, seldom seen in sizable specimens nowadays.
