Azurite
This is an exceptional, aesthetic, and pristine specimen consisting of two perfectly-formed Azurite crystal components from a famous pocket of the 1960s, nicknamed the "Charlie Key pocket" at the time because he brought most of the specimens out. It has a riveting, deep royal blue color and very glassy luster which is atypical for most Tsumeb Azurites, but it is the symmetrical form that is most striking to me. Complete all around, too! Ex. Lloyd Tate and Phil Richardson collections. Each of the two component crystals are elongate prismatic and composed of a core crystal with several other, slightly smaller crystals that diverge slightly from the main crystal, resulting a dramatically beautiful pair that are distinct and only connected in one area two-thirds the way up the piece for amazing effect! A killer Tsumeb Azurite miniature with unusual style! It is not like all the rest - from either Tsumeb, or Milpillas. Therefore, it stands out dramatically from a crowd.
