Brass to bronze, scattered clusters composed of subhedral to euhedral crystals of colusite to 2 mm in quartz-calcite veinlets sandwiching a thick, beautiful, iridescent blue vein of coarsely bladed covellite. Under the microscope, many well-formed, <1mm crystals of colusite can be observed. A great specimen for both species. This is old material and is seldom seen on the market today, let alone in such rich masses.
