A colorful combination specimen composed of a variety of rare species from the Mammoth district. The most notable is wherryite, a very rare lead-copper carbonate-sulfate chlorite hydroxide for which the Mammoth-St. Anthony mine is the type locality. The mineral is present as pale green-yellow, subhedral crystal sections to 2 mm in aggregation with blue, subhedral blades of diaboleite to 5 mm along with granular paralaurionite and leadhillite. Ex. Paulo Matioli collection with label and a label from Dakota Matrix Minerals indicating the piece originated from the Phillips collection.
