Azurite from the well-known Castle Dome Mine at Miami is rare and is very rarely available. This fine and rich plate has lustrous, midnight-blue rosettes of bladed azurite with interesting accents of royal-blue. Material of this quality dates to the 1950s or earlier. Ex. Don Belsher and Tarnowski Collections.
