A superb amethyst with movable bubble from Namibia. The crystal has incredible clarity, sharpness and striking purple color saturation. The chevron form of the amethyst color is striking in the side view. This complete-all-around crystal is pristine. The large, easily seen movable bubble has a travel distance of nearly a centimeter. The window in the front to the interior colorless area is also noteworthy.

Goboboseb amethyst is the collector’s “Brandberg” amethyst in its most important market sense: glassy quartz from the basalt country west of the Brandberg massif, showing purple amethyst, smoky quartz, rock crystal, phantoms, hematite veils, and mobile fluid inclusions in combinations that are unusually expressive for quartz.
