Spessartine is the only collected mineral from this obscure pegmatite, so specimens are few and far between. This piece is lustrous and gemmy, with an attractive and unusual coral color. The surface is both striated and stepped, in classic Spessartine fashion. A good, attractive, representative Garnet for this pegmatite. Acquired from Scott J. Williams in 1961.
