An old-time, classic and showy Cornwall specimen of green bayldonite crystals richly covering quartz matrix from the less well-known Wheal Carpenter Mine. Wheal Carpenter opened in 1792, with sporadic and limited production continuing until 1855. Very highly representative material for the species and locality. Ex. John Ydren Collection.
