A classic, symmetrical and beautiful opalized mollusk from the Coober Pedy Opal Field of South Australia. This lightly buffed specimen has real color to it, with bright flashes of candy apple-blue, -green and subtle hints of orange, which really sets this distinctive fossil off. This is an excellent and above-average sized opalized mollusk from this well-known locale. It is very visibly colorful and translucent.
