Saturated and dark raspberry-red, doubly terminated Red Beryl crystal from the highly recognized Ruby Violet Claims in Utah. The crystal measures 1.1 x 0.8cm and has a gorgeous gemmy portion for the top two-thirds of the crystal that would yield a nice cut stone, if one were so inclined. The bottom third contains inclusions of rhyolite host rock. This beauty is a lustrous, barrel-shaped, hexagonal gem with a pinacoid termination. Mass is 5.25 cts
