This beryllonite specimen is highlighted by a doubly-terminated, lustrous and translucent, colorless crystal, measuring 3 cm in length, attached to a shard of massive beryllonite or partial crystal. The major crystal is terminated with a flat basal termination on one end, and a sharp cerussite-like termination on the other. It looks like a Tsumeb cerussite! In fact, if you were not holding this in your hand to feel its light weight, you would think from the photo that this WAS a Tsumeb cerussite. From a small pocket found in June of 2011.
