This fine combination specimen is from an old and little-known locality; Sierra Rica, Chihuahua, Mexico. Scintillating, spherical clusters of midnight-blue azurite blades and isolated azurite blades have grown on the tips of quartz crystals of a light blue color from a thin coating of a copper-rich mineral.
