Dal'negorsk is quite famous for its "water-clear" fluorites, and large crystals such as this are very rare. This one is really unique, though, because of its extremely unusual faces: they have a silky, pebbly luster to them, rather than the typical glassy look with little scallops, somewhat like the surface of a golf ball. It looks like an ice cube that certain ice-makers produce.
