This amazing cluster of pink fluorites, to 1 inch in size, completely covers an underlaying group of smoky quartz and is complete all around, 360 degrees! The only damage at all is around the base periphery, contacted to other fluorites now missing. The whole display knob, all around, is pristine. One seldom sees such richly crystallized Alpine pinks for sale in this size range. When backlit, this intergrown cluster of translucent, fluorite octahedrons, to 2.5 cm across, glows a warm, rich, rose-pink color (i.e. better I nperson!). The cluster sits on a thin veneer of smoky quartz. The crystals have a frosted appearance, so prevalent in the alpine fluorites, that helps accentuate the deep pink color. This is NOT pale at all - its a very intense pink hue!
