This matrix specimen features a deep blue, lustrous azurite crystal which reaches 3.0 cm in length. Neon highlights at the crystal edges are due to an obvious secondary overgrowth of azurite. The associated smaller azurite crystals appear to be slightly contacted, but the large crystal appears to be in good condition. Ex. Charlie Key.
