From the new find of 2008. On a worldwide scale, these are not the finest Pyromorphite specimens, but for Boilvia, they are wonderful, unique and interesting specimens. This specimen consists of small (2 mm), good quality, sharp, lustrous, prismatic, yellowish-green crystals of Pyromorphite on matrix. Considering that these crystals are truly from Bolivia is what makes them so exciting. I have never seen anything quite like this from any mine in Bolivia. These are very well formed crystals and are truly not skeletal or hoppered like most Pyromorphite specimens. This particular piece has some of the richest coverage of crystals (especially for a smaller piece) of the material that I have seen.
