The vast majority of these Chinese azurites are druses. Only a few have relatively large crystals, as on this specimen - with sharp crystals to one centimeter. Because there are so few with crystals this size from the Chinese finds, the Chinese dealers price them highly. The azurites here are beautifully accented by tufts of velvety green malachite.
