This is a classic gem crystal in the respect that it is a Ukrainian heliodor, and with fiery strong color! However, the shape is highly unusual. It has a lot of surface front view for the mass, and is essentially a thin, stretched out crystal that somehow formed differently than all the others, with no depth to it. It is a floater - complete all around and with terminations top and bottom, but you can really look at it from any view and see equal beauty and mesmerizing surface detail patterns. It is 179 carats or 35 grams, of cutting quality heliodor. Unusual shape, makes it stand out.
