When the fluorite find was made in De'An, two kinds were found: the octahedrons, and then these much rarer tetradecagonal crystals. This is a HUGE one for the find, and beyond that, it is TRANSPARENT - so many of them are an almost opaque dark purple. This huge crystal (7.5 cm) actually has one of those dark purple crystals in its center, but the outer centimeter or so is transparent. The crystal is surrounded by a nest of CRYSTALLIZED quartz rather than just massive quartz. No more are coming out, except for specimens mined earlier that are still being cleaned and put on the market.
