These cuboctahedral fluorites from the Dean Mine were the rarer of the two forms that caused such a stir a couple of years back when they came out. This one is a very deep purple, half-embedded in the quartz matrix. The crystal measures 2 cm. 8.8 x 6.4 x 4.3 cm
