Yes, this is a REAL, NATURAL mineral specimen, believe it or not. I think this find of chrysocolla is truly spectacular - it looks for all the world like some sort of man-made material, but it has this luster and color and melty-looking surface naturally! We bought all the remaining good specimens from this find, and have been trickling out a few - probably this is the last for a good while. And this is a REALLY good one - no damage, intense deep turquoise color - as good as they get. A truly fascinating and really beautiful copper-mineral specimen that looks like nothing else on earth!
