A splendid and rich matrix specimen of lustrous wedge-shaped Braunite-II crystals that range up to .8 cm in length. Most of the crystals are smooth (unusual), lustrous, and well-terminated. Four of the sides of the specimen are richly coated with sparkling little Andradites and there are many sprinkled among the Braunites, as well. An aesthetic and superb example of this very rare species (noted as Braunite-II according to the experts to distinguish it crystallographically from Braunite from other locales. This material is very interesting). Ex. Charlie Key.
