This is a superb crystal for its size, for the locality, because of the nice balance with albite, the good balance of height to weidth, and the unusual gemminess. The purpley-capped tourmalines from this lcoation are seldom so gemmy and translucent. This one has additionally a really thick gemmy/translucent blue zone below the purple. It is complete and undamaged all around!
