A cutter-quality gem crystal of tourmaline from Brazil, which actually has an interesting color banding to it. The close-up shot you see is through the more spectral green section, which is actually a wide band between two sections of a vivianite-like bottle green. It has a fine, sharp pyramidal termination. Gemmy from top to bottom, this superb crystal weighs 16 grams.
