This glowing, translucent crystal of green Dal'negorsk fluorite sits up beautifully on the sparing matrix. The back of the crystal are contact cleavages from removal from the matrix, but this serves to "thin" the crystal so that the light gets through it better, emphasizing the translucency in good light. You can clearly see the very complex face modifications. Ex. Jaime Bird Collection.
