A GORGEOUS, gemmy and pristine tri-colored tourmaline with nicely contrasting, bladed, white cleavelandite from Pech, Afghanistan. The very glassy LAVENDER termination is underlain by a colorless layer. The base of the tourmaline is blue-gray. Lavender tourmalines are very uncommon from Afghanistan and this is a very good one. with just the right amount of matrix. It is stunning, in person! 3.7 x 2.6 x 1.6 cm
