Nicely emplaced on the matrix of lustrous white albite are discrete and isolated crystals of apatite, to 2 cm across, that have sharp tabular form. One is more barrel-shaped and equant, amidst them. These crystals are glassy and translucent with a forest green color. Other than some slight contacting to the barrel to the left, all crystals on this specimen are complete. Very choice and aesthetic example from this famous 2007 find, for the price and size range.
