This important display specimen is among the largest fine examples of this species, with hematite is the matrix for sparkling, glassy and gemmy, lemon-yellow crystals of jouravskite. These crystals are emplaced on a thin crust of chalky white spheres of xonotlite and contrast nicely! The luster is phenomenal and the color is literally lemon-peel yellow, on these sparkling crystals. There are half a dozen major, important crystals of 1 cm or so in size, nestled amongst others here. Several are so gemmy, that gems can be cut from them. Nearly pristine, though there are a few small damaged spots on this large display face.
