4.2 x 1.4 x 1.1 cm (Specimen); 49.90 carats; 27.79 mm x 18.51 mm (Gem) - A wonderful beautifully matched rough and cut set of multi/tri colored Tourmaline with vivid MATCHING pink and green hues on each end and a rarely seen colorless "Achroite" zone in the center. The gem is a nearly 50 carat "Emerald" cut stone which does have visible inclusions but the amazingly rich color can't be ignored. The crystal has equally strong pink and green colors as the faceted stone, and the pyramidal termination has sharp lustrous faces, which are just as lustrous as the prism. It's a great set because when it comes to multicolored crystals, they all have their own unique color zoning, and the stone really matches amazingly well. These stones are all almost certainly from the classic Cruzeiro Mine.
