Buergerite
Buergerite is an extremely rare variety of tourmaline, found only a few times in history in the remote desert of Mexico. This is a nice little reference specimen, that is illustrated in the 2013 article on this discovery in ROCKS & MINERALS (Sept-Oct 2013). Joe Budd photos.
