A nice association from Wheal Phoenix that displays orange, 1mm botryoids of dufrenite on a carpet of dark green, densely crowded, spherical aggregates of chalcosiderite. Veinlets of chalcosiderite transect the gossanous matrix and there are a few minute crystals of chalcophyllite. Dufrenite is a hydrated calcium iron phosphate.
