A fine and important cabinet combination pseudomorph specimen from the Butte District of Montana. Matte-black chalcocite pseudomorphs after covellite plates blanket the contrasting matrix of mirror-bright, brass-yellow pyrite. A scattering of well-placed, lustrous quartz crystals is a beautiful accent.
