Apophyllite-(Kf)

Nestled in a dense bed of zeolites is a BIG, GEMMY crystal of apophyllite, with a couple of smaller ones in the foreground. This crystal measures 5 cm across the front! Its top is wonderfully gemmy - much better in person, the camera had trouble picking it up - but it is extremely bright and sharp, in addition to having great size. No damage to these crystals!
