Lovely deep red Tourmaline that has a gemmy outer layer and a gorgeous color that reminds you of the famous Jonas Mine Tourmalines. The luster is excellent, and it even appears to be doubly-terminated. The lower termination has a chisel shape - mostly from the termination itself and partly from a healed contact. This is exceptionally red for the location, but it is so good that it really stands on its own merits.
