A really good and showy Tsumeb specimen of chatoyant, PRIMARY malachite. The three malachite balls, to 1.5 cm, and smaller sprays of chatoyant needles are aesthetically scattered on a 3-dimensional matrix covered with sparkly, drusy, light gray dolomite. Primary malachite is not that common from Tsumeb and this is a very good one. Ex. George Elling Collection.
