A large, entirely translucent plate of bubbling, yellow brucite. Perched on a bit of matrix is a composite, lustrous and translucent, vivid yellow, crystal of brucite, that measures 6 cm across. The back side of the specimen is studded with millimeter size, snow white spheres of calcite. This is a large single specimen for the find, for such a complete "halo" of crystal growth.
