Goosecreekite is one of those species often overlooked in the flood of other, more common, Indian minerals. However, they are by 100 times, the world's best! While available each year in a few decent specimens, we are talking about 1 out of thousands of pockets, that has good material in it. This particular specimen came from a pocket in 2015 that has produced some of the brightest, snowy-white, sparkliest Goosecreekite I have seen, and this particular specimen has a bowtie 2 inches tall, perched on just the right amount of even more sparkly quartz matrix, in a little basalt pocket. It is one of the best specimens for the size I have seen, and aesthetic for any mineral species, rarity or not. The color of white is so pure, it is hard to focus on.
