This is one of the very top, if not the top, small cabinet specimen from a small recent find of a pocket containing Baryte crystals dramatically set on bright fiery-orange-red orpiment crystals. (THE SPECIES HERE ARE BRIGHTER In PERSON!!!) To give you some idea, this specimen was wrapped up in a drawer in the room of the Russian who brought them to the Tucson show; on the table were probably 30 lesser specimens, with broken, partial Barytes and bruised orpiment. It is absolutely GORGEOUS and the color contrast between the fiery orpiment and the smoky Baryte is among the most amazing I have seen in minerals. The Baryte crystal is super-gemmy, complete, terminated, and measures 2 cm. WHAT A THUMBNAIL this could be turned into.... 6.8 x 5 x 2.1 cm
